A young girl sat silently in the back row &#8211; hesitant, unsure, barely making eye contact. She had never imagined herself in a structured learning space, let alone speaking in front of others.<\/p>\n<p>Weeks passed. One day, that same girl stood confidently before her peers, giving a clear presentation on lab procedures. Her posture had changed, her voice steady. That wasn\u2019t just a student presenting \u2014 that was self-belief in motion.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>Astron Institute for Social Sciences<\/strong> (AISS), we see these stories every day.
